In a typical year, over 3,500 individuals take part in Waterfront Workouts in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Enjoy free weekly workout classes from May through September, led by top-notch local instructors, to help keep you active and healthy.
For the 2025 season, class offerings include Zumba with Dodge YMCA on Mondays at 6:00 PM, Sunset Yoga with Abhaya Yoga on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM, Amp’d Bootcamp with Chelsea Piers Fitness on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM, and Pilates with Dodge YMCA on Sundays at 10:30 AM. All are created be open to all ages and abilities, with no equipment required, and take place in various locations throughout the Park. Classes subject to cancellation/change, fitness waivers required to participate.
